Yad Vashem reserves the right to alter these regulations at whatever time and in whichever manner it deems necessary
Tickets are to be purchased via the customer's licensed credit card.
Should the event be cancelled by Yad Vashem, the customer will receive a full refund via the credit card used for payment.
Yad Vashem respects your privacy in accordance to our Privacy Policy.
Tickets may be cancelled online within 14 days of purchase (excluding Friday, Saturday, Jewish holidays and holiday eves), and on condition that the cancellation is carried out up to 24 hours before the event.
In the case of a block booking, it is not possible to make a partial cancellation.
Cancellation notifications may be sent by email only: tickets@yadvashem.org.il. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are not available in the absence of formal cancellation.
Transaction cancellation is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981
